- The app requires a simplified user journey with intuitive navigation for people with little technical knowledge to smoothen the booking experience.
- Providing personalised features such as recommendations based on the user’s earlier actions.
- Streamlining payment integration will be an incentive for people to keep coming back to the platform.
- Including only necessary features, so the platform is not filled with excessive CTAs on the home screen.
